Our products - Pure Biokeyz ASP+ and Pure 45+ - are premium 100% pure and natural food-grade nutritional supplements regulated exclusively under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code administered by Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ). They are not therapeutic goods and are not regulated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
All content on the Service is provided for general information, educational, and marketing purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any nutritional supplement.

8.1 Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition,
and in original packaging. Perishable goods, opened products, and digital content are generally non-returnable.

Partial refunds may apply for used, damaged, or incomplete items (unless the fault is ours).
8.3 Exchanges
